Email Usage Policy Terms of Service (01/12/2025)

This Email Usage Policy is part of our Acceptable Usage Policy and applies to all customers using email services on our servers.

Permitted Use

• Emails must be sent only to recipients who have explicitly opted in through your website (e.g., registration or subscription forms) and confirmed via a verification link.
• All emails must include a clear option to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests must be processed promptly.
• Email sending from shared hosting accounts must comply with the hourly limit of 100 emails per cPanel account. We recommend sending no more than 1 email every 36 seconds.

Prohibited Use

• Sending emails to purchased, rented, or offline-collected email lists is strictly prohibited.
• Sending unsolicited promotional emails, spam, phishing, or any abusive messaging is strictly forbidden.
• Any email activity causing spam complaints, server abuse, or IP blacklisting is a violation of this policy.

Dedicated Mail Server Usage

Customers using a Dedicated Mail Server must comply with the following terms:

• Emails must be sent only to recipients who have explicitly opted in and confirmed via a verification link.
• Sending bulk emails, spam, or unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited, even on a dedicated server.
• While dedicated servers allow higher sending limits than shared accounts, excessive or abusive sending may still result in restrictions or suspension.
• Technical restrictions, such as attachment size limits and allowed scripts, must be adhered to.
• Server activity may be monitored to prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.
• Violation of these terms may result in suspension, termination, or additional charges.

Email Support

• Email accounts provided with Shared Hosting plans are for normal email communication only and do not include technical support.
• Dedicated Mail Server accounts include full support for email setup, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.

Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your hosting account. Accounts suspended due to policy violations are not eligible for reactivation or refund.
